What we're looking for in a candidate:
· 2-3 years of industrial design experience with strong portfolio showcasing process and professional work
· Driven to collaborate and solve complex challenges in a team environment
· Self-starter who's confident and strong communicator engaging in design reviews, presentations, and storytelling
· Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Specifically Solidworks)
· Confidence working with visual communication tools (Keyshot, Figma, Adobe Suite)
· Strong working knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies - testing/implementation of new development processes
· Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and construction
· Candidate with mechanical aptitude who loves getting hands-on with prototypes
· Help build the foundation of company culture and team practices
· A creative who can support social media and marketing efforts
· UX/UI design experience is a big plus
· Team player who checks their ego at the door!
