About the Role
We’re partnered with a globally respected design studio that’s building something special, a refined in-house furniture and lighting collection that blends timeless craftsmanship with modern appeal. With a presence across high-end hospitality and residential projects worldwide, they’ve recently launched their own line of furniture and accessories under a distinctive new brand, and are now looking for a talented Industrial Designer to join the NYC team.
Working directly with the founders and design leadership, this is a rare chance to shape pieces from sketch to showroom, creating products that embody quality, restraint, and beauty. The studio culture is tight-knit, collaborative, and highly design-driven, making this an ideal home for a thoughtful, technically capable designer who wants to leave their mark.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of new furniture and lighting pieces from concept through to production
- Create high-quality 3D models, technical drawings, and presentation visuals
- Source visual references and materials from books, exhibitions, and real-world design archives
- Work closely with fabricators, vendors, and internal teams to refine designs
- Assist with documentation, specification, and ensuring production quality
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in furniture or product design
- Strong skills in Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and KeyShot or similar rendering tools
- A keen design eye and deep understanding of materials, detailing, and manufacturing processes
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with external vendors
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York
