JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Industrial Designer.

The Role:
As a Senior Industrial Designer ， you will bring your extensive experience to our creative team, taking on significant projects with innovation and precision. You'll be at the forefront of designing cutting-edge products while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals. This role demands a balance of creative prowess and technical expertise to turn forward-thinking ideas into tangible experiences. Self-motivated drive required to research user needs and trends, communication with customers and team. Converting research into opportunities and ultimately value-added designs.
What You'll Do:
• Contribute to and often lead the design process from concept to completion for various industrial design projects.
• Develop comprehensive brand and product design strategies that align with our business objectives and market needs.
• Engage in hands-on design activities including 3D modelling, sketching, prototyping, and material selection using industry-standard tools such as CC, Rhino, CREO, and Keyshot.
• Participate in and occasionally facilitate workshops with team members, customers, and stakeholders to discover innovative solutions.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that user feedback and usability testing are integral to the design process. Sharing user needs and trends across local and HQ team.
• Actively research and analyse industry trends, materials, processes, and technologies to keep our designs at the frontier of innovation. Sharing output reports on research findings.
Who You Are:
• With 7-8 years of dedicated industrial design or product design experience, particularly in a senior role within a dynamic, international context.
• A confident creator with a portfolio demonstrating your journey through a range of successful products and solutions.
