- Embody a ‘Build to Think’ approach: Be comfortable working in an iterative “bottom up approach” where artifacts are created to better understand the problems that we’re solving for.
- T shaped Industrial Designer: someone with a depth in industrial product design and an appreciation and curiosity in digital product design.
- Successful Collaborator: Have an openness to building nicely with others, both within the Card79 Team as well as with different client stakeholders including designers, product managers and engineers and other stakeholders.
- Harness a Growth Mindset: We’re looking for someone who looks at work as an opportunity to develop new skills and grow new capabilities.
- Future Concepts to Shipping Product: As an agency targeting new verticals like neurotechnology and robotics as well as consumer applications, we work across the gamut of supporting companies with envisioning early design concepts all the way to collaborating with engineering teams to ship digital products.
- Adept at Sketching: Able to explore product directions quickly with hand sketches
