The Role
The Senior Industrial Designer leads the creative development of products across industries, from early research and concept sketching to 3D modeling, rendering, and prototyping.
You’ll balance design excellence with practical execution, guiding projects that push creative boundaries while maintaining real-world feasibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, craftsmanship, and leadership through mentorship.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design projects from research through visualization and prototyping.
- Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models that communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure manufacturability and technical integrity.
- Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Guide and mentor fellow designers, sharing insights that strengthen creative capability and craft across the team.
- Stay curious about evolving materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques that push the boundaries of product design.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience in industrial design.
- Master’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Fusion 360, Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, and Sketchbook (or similar).
- Exceptional sketching, visualization, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of materials, DFM principles, and fabrication methods.
- A collaborative mindset and a hands-on approach to design.
