About the Role
They're looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to lead packaging and product innovation from concept to production. You'll own the full design process, from consumer research through supplier T rounds, with real influence on what launches.
You'll design glass bottles, pumping mechanisms, and skincare tools while collaborating directly with suppliers' engineers, project managers, and internal stakeholders. This role is for someone who's obsessive about craft, thrives under pressure, and wants ownership beyond mockups.
What You'll Do
- Design glass consumer goods from concept through final production approval (T rounds with suppliers)
- Research competitor products and analyze consumer focus groups to inform design strategy
- Develop packaging concepts grounded in user research and consumer insights
- Work directly with suppliers' engineers to bridge the gap between design vision and manufacturing reality
- Collaborate with project managers to solve problems and keep projects moving throughout development
- Maintain rigorous QA standards on product color, design details, and usability
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years in industrial design
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with glass consumer goods projects
- Experience with plastic and/or paper box design is a plus
- Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks & KeyShot
- Proven experience with 3D printing software (Orca Slicer or similar)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent graphic design tools
- Track record of concept development based on user research and consumer insights
- Thrives in high-intensity, detail-obsessed, results-driven environments
- Takes full ownership and ensures nothing falls through the cracks
