Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept)

You will be the vital link connecting our design vision with our execution plan. Your typical day will include:

Project Quarterback: Assisting Program Managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, and tracking key deliverables across various design projects.
Design Support: Organizing design files, conducting competitive research, preparing presentation decks, and assisting with design review documentation.
Communication Hub: Serving as the key communication contact between design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Process Perfection: Identifying and implementing small improvements to make our project workflow smoother and more efficient.

What We're Looking For

Degree preferred, but not required! We value talent and drive above all else.
Experience or coursework in Industrial Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Interior Design experience is also highly helpful!
A hyper-organized mind that thrives on checklists and deadlines.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
A "roll up your sleeves" attitude—no task is too small or too big.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and/or Canada (or able to obtain necessary travel/work documentation for both locations).

Bonus Points: Experience with project management software
