Salary: Starting at $120,000/year + bonus (negotiable based on experience and skillset)

We're looking for a Senior Industrial Designer with a strong portfolio in consumer products and extensive experience in injection molding. This high-impact role reports directly to the CEO. As the sole designer, this position will be responsible for shaping the future of our physical products, while also having the autonomy to lead design decisions from concept through production. What You'll Do

Lead the whole design process from concept to production, with a balance of function, form, and manufacturability.
Design intuitive, ergonomic, and visually appealing products that align with our brand ethos.
Create 3D CAD models, renderings, and prototypes to test and communicate ideas.
Select materials and finishes that are durable and cost-effective.
Stay ahead of market trends and apply customer research insights to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, quality, manufacturing, leadership, etc.) to align on product vision and execution.

What You Bring

8+ years of industrial design experience with consumer products.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
Expert-level skills in SolidWorks, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Deep understanding of injection molding, ergonomics, and DFM principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working directly with executives and factories.
Highly detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
