About the Role:

We’re looking for an Industrial Design & Ai Innovation Manager to lead a talented team that excels at traditional design efforts while seamlessly integrating Ai-driven workflows into creative processes. In this role, you’ll inspire, mentor, and guide the team, while contributing hands-on to key projects.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Oversee a team of designers and creatives, ensuring top-tier deliverables.
Ai Leadership: Walk the Ai walk, leveraging Ai tools across all facets of design.
Collaborate: Work closely with clients, delivering great design and Ai knowledge.
Mentor & Develop: Foster continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 10+ years in industrial design or creative roles, with 3+ years in leadership.
Ai Expertise: Knowledge of Ai tools such as MidJourney, Krea, Vizcom and more.
Versatility: Experience across a wide range of product categories.
Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams and deliver top-tier results.
Traditional Skills: Expertise in rapid visualization, 3D and traditional tools and design methodologies.
Remote Management: Comfortable leading teams remotely. Time zone PST-centered.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000+, based on experience.
